Engineering systems and construction management

Information technologies are used at every stage of design, construction and operation of capital buildings and their infrastructure. The more the "digit" penetrates into the construction industry, the more often developers and developers entrust complex infrastructure projects to IT companies.
  • Services of the general contractor and general designer, engineering surveys, development of design and working documentation using BIM technologies, consulting services to development companies in the technical part of project management

  • Design and implementation of capital construction projects: data processing centres, shopping and multifunctional complexes, office and administrative buildings

  • Design and implementation of engineering systems of buildings and offices: uninterrupted and guaranteed power supply, water supply and sanitation, climate systems, structured cabling systems, dispatching and management, as well as security systems of facilities

  • Interior decoration of premises (fit-out)

  • Construction and certification of a turnkey data center

  • Construction of heat and power facilities under EPC contract

Iteh International engineers have international engineering certificates: Certified Data Center Design Professional (CDCDP), EEBP and DACD, Uptime Institute. One of the key advantages of IT companies' participation in construction projects is the use of building information Modelling (BIM) technology at all stages of the project. This approach reduces the number of errors even at the design stage, minimises the number of alterations and provides reliable control over the timing and cost of construction.

Data center engineering infrastructure

Iteh International builds data centres and conducts their certification at the Uptime Institute at the TIER III level

Iteh International services in the framework of data center creation projects: Design and implementation of a complex of engineering systems of a data center of any complexity: technological, mechanical, low-current, power supply

  • Information modelling (BIM) and 3D design of construction objects

  • Creation of disaster-resistant and geographically distributed control systems for engineering systems and data centres

  • Certification of the data center according to the TIER III classification system at the Uptime Institute Professional Services

  • Modernisation of engineering systems of capital construction facilities to the level of highly reliable and critical systems

Structured cabling systems

Iteh International implements SCS systems within the framework of complex infrastructure projects, construction of data centres and infrastructure of buildings and structures.

Structured Cabling System (SCS) it is intended for the organisation of a common "cable space" and elements of switching infrastructure of information systems in the building. Together with the SCS systems, cable duct systems, raised floors and other engineering systems can be built.

Within the framework of complex projects, Iteh International designs and implements such basic SCS subsystems as:

· Backbone fiber-optic network for digital data transmission and internal use of a local computing complex

· Horizontal UTP Category 6 subsystem based on copper components

Construction management

Designing with the help of information modelling of a construction object BIM

BIM is a single information model in which all the data of the construction process of the object is processed throughout the project lifecycle AIteh International engineers can use BIM technologies at all stages of engineering and construction projects What is BIM

BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a unified information model in which all data of the construction process of an object is collected and processed: from the beginning of the approval of the concept of creating engineering systems, as the first stage of design, coordination of the construction process, to the construction of an object operation service.

Why BIM

  • Solving issues between designers online, the ability to demonstrate to the customer a three-dimensional model of the building and its individual systems at all stages of construction

  • Transition to mandatory use of information modeling technologies in the design, construction and operation

  • Reduction of errors due to the integrated work of designers in a single environment, the absence of intersections and other collisions, the provision of real sizes of elements

  • Reduction of construction costs due to the accuracy of specifications and reduction of the number of alterations
